Develop high-value, core and future Internet/Data service offerings. Provide input to create/build brand strategy Define, package and document all competitive service offerings. Develop business cases (including demand/revenue forecasts).

Product Manager, Voice/Enhanced Services
Develop high-value, core and future voice/enhanced services. Provide input to create/build brand strategy Define, package and document all competitive service offerings. Develop business cases (including demand/revenue forecasts).

Building Communications Manager
Market and sell phone service, high speed Internet connectivity and data bandwidth to a specific real estate property or properties. Follow an OnSite Access marketing plan to illustrate OnSite Access is the company of choice. As part of the OnSite Access team, design and implement telecommunication network solutions.

Sales Engineer
Offer full technical support to the Building Communications Manager during acquisition phase.  Perform complete site survey at potential customer's premises.  Review customer applications and verify order information.

Billing Manager
Ensure timely and accurate production of all customer bills. Reengineer and document billing process to incorporate efficiencies and automation where possible. Assist with implementation of ne A/R system.

Collections Supervisor
Prepare weekly aging report and analyze deliquent accounts. Maintain credit and collections policy and procedures Resolve customer inquiries.

Customer Care Representatives
Good communication skills. Background in Telco and/or Internet.

Tech Support Specialists
Good communication skills; solid knowledge of PC systems and the Internet.
